Summer is coming and it’s time to start thinking about some new cool summer drinks. Of course, we love wine so why not find new ways to enjoy your favorite. Enter the Rosé Wine Float.
It’s a super simple dessert to make when you want light refreshing flavor. Pick your favorite Rosé and add a complimentary sherbet and garnish with a sprig of mint.
Rosé Wine Float
We chose Anelare Rosé paired with lime sherbet. The flavors together are so good but I must warn you, if you think it will look really pretty… think again! Once the green sherbert melts into your wine, it turns a murky dirty pink color. So if you can get past the ugliness of when it melts, the taste will impress!
- 2 small scoops lime sherbet
- 1 cup Rosé wine
- Add sherbet to a wine glass
- Pour Rosé over sherbet
- Garnish with mint
What flavors would YOU pair together?
