April 10th is National Siblings Day and what better way to celebrate the launch of Back Porch Somm with my sister than with a fun cocktail on the back porch! OK… I know it’s Sunday and it’s a day early but since we’re running off to work in the morning, we’re celebrating early!!
This deliciously sweet & fizzy mimosa was shared with us by Sparkling Ice. I LOVE using these drinks as mixers because they have so many light flavors and they are zero calories (score!).
Innocent One Mimosa

Ingredients
- 3 oz of Prosecco
- 1.5 oz of orange juice
- 1.5 oz Sparkling Ice Pomegranate Blueberry
- Mint leaves (garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all into champagne flute.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
